What YOU will own:
- Work with Project Managers and other team members to develop strategies for satisfying each client project request
- Operate in a sales environment to identify the best experts to join our network who provide consultant for client projects
- Utilize LinkedIn, press releases, case studies and the internet to identify the best experts for clients to get their strategic or investment questions answered
- Screen experts for their suitability for specific client projects and create professional profiles for client consideration
- Operate with a global teamwork mentality that leads to building and maintaining strong relationships with other Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors
Experience YOU will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Previous internship, volunteering or extracurriculars
Skills YOU will Bring:
- Desire to work in a sales/ lead generation role that is KPI and metrics-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
What We Offer:
Client Service Associates can earn up to ¥7,180,000 (for strong performance) over a twelve-month period. The compensation package consists of an annual base salary which includes a fixed overtime allowance, and variable compensation linked to individual performance.
