What You’ll Bring to the Table

You are organized and detail-oriented with a passion for helping teams drive successful completion of strategic enablement initiatives. As a communicator and project manager, your influence on senior leadership will be invaluable. This role is essential in promoting and scaling our sales strategies globally, maintaining effective communication with key sales leaders, including Area Vice Presidents, VPs, and Regional Directors. We are seeking candidates who are willing to relocate and/or live in Sydney, Australia, as we’ve introduced our hybrid work model.

Position Description

The Global Field Enablement Strategist role is vital in changing our sales teams' lives through exceptional training, facilitation, coaching, and guidance. Our mission is to strategically develop sales acumen by increasing knowledge, cultivating behaviours, and driving outcomes. This position will support and empower sales leaders as they achieve their highest potential and accelerate revenue growth by 25% or more.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with sales leaders to drive the company’s mission and achieve business objectives
  • Partner closely with Sales AVPs to recommend enablement plans based on metrics, leadership focus, and sales feedback
  • Identify field team training needs for new product launches, ensuring competitive positioning and awareness of regional challenges
  • Collaborate with the Field Learning Experience (FLEX) team to develop impactful training materials aligned with sales enablement objectives
  • Work with the Field Delivery team to ensure exceptional learning experiences through facilitation and coaching, incorporating feedback and best practices
  • Utilize a metrics-driven approach to evaluate and refine enablement strategies and training outcomes continually, employing the Kirkpatrick model and Bloom's Taxonomy to measure success and learning effectiveness

    • Kirkpatrick Levels: Assess the effectiveness of training through participant feedback, knowledge acquisition, behavioural changes, and business results
    • Bloom's Taxonomy: Working with FLEX and Delivery to align training objectives with cognitive levels to ensure comprehensive learning outcomes
  • Research and implement new technologies and methodologies in sales enablement to remain ahead of industry trends

  • Develop and maintain a repository of success stories and case studies to showcase effective enablement practices across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enablement experience at a technology company
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or quota-carrying role
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and execution within high-tech environments
  • Experience with value-based sales methodologies and/or qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Command Of The Message)
  • Strong project management skills and a data-driven approach to optimization
