You Have (Requirements):
- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, Sage Intacct implementation experience required including implementation of CRE
- Sage Intacct Implementation Certification and CRE certification
- 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Experience in scoping and architecting solutions
- Experience as a project lead or lead functional consultant identifying, analyzing and managing project risks and impacts
- Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements definition and best-practice recommendations to implement Sage-Intacct to meet the client’s overall business goals and objects
- Ability to tailor implementation plans and translate design methodology including integrations, interfaces, and data flows
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
You will (Responsibilities):
- Pre-Sales Implementation Support - Collaborate with the clients and BPM Sales team to provide scope and resource-based implementation estimates as part of the sales process. This integration at an early stage allows the client and BPM to start with a common understanding of expectations.
- Sage Intacct Solution Architect - Listen to the client's business requirements and lead the team to develop a unique Sage Intacct solution for the client. This solution will include configuration, user friendly personalization, and potentially 3rd party software, modifications, and workflow. A successful candidate does not need to know everything, you just need to utilize your resources to provide the best solution for the client.
- Sage Intacct Implementation Lead - Lead a team of client and BPM Sage Intacct implementation consultants with a hands-on implementation approach that focuses on planning, evaluation, design, development, implementation, operation and integration of the Sage Intacct platform
- Sage Intacct Project Lead - Assist the project manager to drive the completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to: functional specifications, design specifications, development, configurations, quality assurance, implementations and project reviews
- Client Expectation Lead - Facilitate issue resolution and communication across the joint project team in order to deliver a solution that meets the established and agreed to objectives. This is a vital role as issues either drive critical decisions or scope changes, or both.
- Team Leader - Perform internal educational session on the Sage Intacct platform while serving as a mentor and trainer to team members
