ABOUT THE TEAMTrendyol Go, the local commerce arm of Trendyol Group, works to meet all the daily needs of our users and brings local merchants, couriers and Trendyol users together. We make seamless connections in real time and we are able to expand our offer to include food and fresh groceries thanks to our on-demand solution. We are delighted to strengthen local commerce with Trendyol's operational excellence by bringing marketplace solutions backed by our last mile delivery network.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage data knowledge and insights: manage communications with your stakeholders and other teams, collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues and ensure all parties can use the insights to further improve,
- Create analytical frameworks to measure business results: partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, create approaches to track the data and troubleshoot errors, quantify and evaluate the data, develop a common language for all colleagues to generate insights from those KPIs,
- Demonstrate critical thinking for potential roadblocks; comprehend a bigger picture of the business and effectively communicate these issues to the greater data organization,
- Own in-depth analyses of Trendyol GO customer behavior across multiple categories, and lead insight generation,
- Perform analyses to come up with useful insights to help improve growth processes,
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to expand the user base,
- Responsible for providing insights for designing effective promotion mechanics to reach targets,
- Gather requirements, analyze, design, implement, test, roll out and document all new or modified reporting/visualization/dashboard solutions to related team members,
- Maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence, promoting the best practices in advanced analytics and measurement,
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future business trends, stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply them to improve our processes.
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management,
- Min 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or similar role,
- Previous leadership experience at least 1-2 years,
- Excellence in data analysis and communication around data, including data visualization/reporting, and defining KPI strategy, growth opportunity for the business,
- Strong knowlegde of SQL, Python or other scripting language experience combined with good mathematical and statistical foundations,
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce is a plus,
- Excited to work with different functions within the company highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity.
