Your Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end tracking of shipments that cannot be delivered on time
- Developing and implementing anti-handover processes and measuring impact
- Setting target KPI, tracking and sharing periodically
- Following routine reports and planning action from them, making ad-hoc analyzes
- Participating in joint work with the operation teams, being a follower of related projects and sharing the findings
- Studying forecast monitoring and related risks, taking necessary actions
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, etc,
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in logistics, cargo operation monitoring and actions in operation areas,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach,
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
- Solution oriented and proactive,
- Able to follow the work effectivel,
- Strong communication, and able to adapt to teamwork.
