Your Main Responsibilities
- To follow up picking up operations of branch and KPI's of 3PL,
- Analyzing and developing of operations performance,
- Perform corrective activities in case of needs,
- Determining chronic problems of operations and coming up with sustainable solutions,
- Working closely with development, planning and last mile departments,
- Analyzing problems of customers due to operational reasons,
- Experienced in process development, new business growth.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, etc,
- Minimum of 3 years of experiences in logistics operations, picking up operations,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel,
- Learning and results-oriented approach,
- Skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving,
- Team player with strong communication skills,
