HR Intern

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to learn about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
5. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to special projects as needed.
6. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
6. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
