YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing accurate analysis models to answer various business-related questions and assist decision-making throughout the company,
- Manage commercial tools and platforms such as Seller Center—Trendyol Application, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of the cross-team and contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue streams, closely monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams on assigned projects to ensure commercial effectiveness and align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Define the seller growth plans, execute growth programs, optimize the revenue and improve quality
- Prepare and present detailed commercial reports to the executive team, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Having a growth mindset with an understanding of key e-commerce metrics,
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
- Strong analytic capabilities in analyzing user behaviors via benchmarking and developing user engagement and retention journey strategies,
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Have a commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable),
- A strong background in acquisition, retention, churn management, revenue management,
- Excellent in simplifying complex data, converting them into seamless processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision-making,
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is a must, Good knowledge of Python is a plus,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Minimum 7+ years of working experience,
- Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience,
- Data analysis and reporting enthusiast,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
