We are looking for an experienced business development leader to identify, acquire, and onboard high-potential sellers, brands, and stores in the CEE region. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive key performance metrics. You will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, ensuring the successful execution of commercial agreements, and monitoring market trends to seize new opportunities. Your Main Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard high-potential sellers, brands, and stores in the CEE region.
- Lead negotiations on commercial and payment terms, closing deals with vendors.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring operational readiness through cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as revenue, stock levels, and P&L.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance KPIs and align with business objectives.
- Drive account engagement through regular meetings, performance assessments, and relationship-building efforts.
- Develop automated reporting and project follow-up processes with stakeholders.
- Lead marketing and campaign initiatives for brands in partnership with category teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive track record in business development or sales, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or tech industries, with a focus on non-fashion categories such as electronics or home goods.
- Experience in leading teams and driving performance improvements.
- Strong market research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable deals.
- Fluency in English and Romanian, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Willingness to travel frequently and without restrictions.
