Qualities We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from a university, preferably an industrial engineer
- Minimum 3 years of land transport logistics operations and planning
- Experienced in logistics operation development
- Good level of excel knowledge and strong reporting skills
- Customer and solution oriented, has a strong business follow-up skill
- Willing to change and development and has strong communicational skills
- Has a B class driver's license and can actively drive
- Prone to teamwork
- Able to take initiative
- Good level of Looker programs or eager to learn
Your Main Responsibilities
- Logistics planning and monitoring of sites in accordance with the plan
- Creating, monitoring and reporting budget and cost follow-ups
- Following KPI processes and checking their up-to-dateness
- Ensuring supplier progress payment and costing structures
- Providing support to project processes
- Instant monitoring of fleet operations and communication with other planning units
- Providing support for the development and systematization of fleet processes
- Good use of MS Office applications
