As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a talented and experienced "Product Designer - Lead" to join our team and shape the future of our product.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Designer - Lead with proven experience in B2B SaaS product design. You will play a pivotal role in translating industry-specific pain points, especially in supply chains, into intuitive product design decisions. You’ll ensure that designs are correctly implemented in collaboration with development teams while leading UX research initiatives. You will have full ownership of the product design function, from ideation to implementation, and help shape the future roadmap with a user-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Design: Drive the design vision and strategy for our SaaS platform, ensuring it aligns with the company’s goals and the specific needs of the users.

• UX Research: Conduct user research to identify key pain points in supply chain management and translate those insights into product designs that solve real-world challenges.

• Design Systems: Create, maintain, and scale a robust design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.

• Collaborate with Tech Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are correctly implemented, iterating as necessary based on technical feedback.

• Product Development: Partner with product managers to define product requirements and ensure the user experience is front and center in all decisions.

• Usability Testing: Conduct and oversee usability testing to validate design choices and iterate based on feedback.

• Quality Assurance: Specific focus on quality assurance by testing product and its functionalities end to end alongwith complete ownership on this worfklow - testing, reporting and supporting tech team in debugging.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms. Experience in supply chain or related industries is a big plus.

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in leading product design decisions that successfully addressed industry-specific pain points.

• Design Tools: Proficient in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) with a strong portfolio showcasing design systems, UI/UX designs, and interaction flows.

• Design Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of design systems, from creation to scaling and ongoing maintenance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric designs.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in breaking down complex industry problems into simple, effective design solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of supply chain challenges and/or experience in designing for industrial or logistics software.
• Experience in working with global teams and understanding of cross-cultural design considerations.
