Cold Chain Business Development Executive
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Chain Sales Executive to serve as a crucial liaison between our organization and our valued clients and partners. In this role, you will address inquiries, provide expert advice, and champion the comprehensive suite of Cold Chain solutions under Ninja Xpress.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan to attain predetermined sales targets established by the company.
- Conduct thorough research and actively pursue prospects to cultivate a diverse portfolio of clients and partners.
- Engage in negotiations to secure favorable contracts with clients and partners.
- Foster and nurture relationships with clients and partners, delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
- Assume ownership of customer concerns and diligently follow through until satisfactory resolution is achieved.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Finance teams to realize overarching company objectives.
- Build a network and pitch to the client company to sell our cold chain product
- Manage and maintain end-to-end B2B process C
- Collaborate with our stakeholders to develop cold chain product
Experience/Skillset
- The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within a 3PL or supply chain company, with a focus on cold chain logistics.
- The candidate should demonstrate readiness to generate leads and spearhead the establishment of a new business line independently.
- Familiar with sales tools like Google Suites (Drive, Docs, Sheet, Deck, Calendar, Gmail) ; Dashboard (Sales Force, Metabase)
