We are seeking an experienced Country Manager for France. This senior role involves representing SwissBorg’s best interests, acting as a liaison with the community, managing B2B offers and services, onboarding up to 500 individuals to Pegasus, and maintaining relationships with the AMF.

It is required for the candidate to be fluent in both French and English and to reside in Paris.

What you might be doing:

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure all French operations align with SwissBorg's goals.
• Market Growth: Drive user acquisition through market analysis, local strategy adaptation, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• B2B Services: Manage and promote B2B offers and services such as Alpha deals, listings, earn vaults, corporate accounts.
• Onboarding: Facilitate individual onboarding to Pegasus.
• Liaison Duties: Serve as the main contact for the local community and regulatory bodies, including the AMF.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on user growth and revenue metrics.
• Public Engagement: Represent SwissBorg at events and in regulatory discussions.
• Operational Oversight: Manage local operations, events, staff, and ensure the quality of outsourced services.

What you might bring:

• Proven experience in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of the fintech sector and regulatory environment in France.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralised finance (DeFi), and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including an existing network of industry contacts.
• Genuine interest in the future of finance and the role of web3 in transforming traditional financial systems.
