We are seeking an experienced Global Real Estate Senior Manager with at least 10 years of experience in domestic and international corporate real estate. This is a critical role within our global real estate team. The Real Estate Senior Manager will optimize and lead global real estate project management and administration in a dynamic environment. The role reports to the Vice President, Real Estate.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate, execute and monitor all transaction processes (project initiation forms, market surveys, site tours, RFPs, LOIs, building evaluation matrixes, lease execution and transaction closeout) for all lease activity across multiple geographies.
- Proactive management of lease transactions including negotiations, critical dates (breaks, renewals and expirations).
- Develop the real estate portfolio database in alignment with the portfolio expansion.
- Review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including cash flow projections, P&L, etc., to understand the financial impact of transaction scenarios.
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into deliverables. Develop strong understanding of the wider market place in order to advise on trends and transactions.
- Review, interpret and analyze lease documents, lease summaries and abstracts, and as well as other materials as part of the due diligence process.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by bringing ideas forward to help differentiate the Datadog real estate team through efficiency and scalability to operate as, and deliver “best in class” results.
- Assist VP, Real Estate in reporting objectives, transaction requirements, transaction updates and department KPIs.
- Build strong working relationships and auditable processes with 3rd party brokers, Office Operations, Legal, Finance, Security & Safety, and Management across Datadog to optimize real estate transaction execution.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Law
- Minimum 10 years experience in domestic and international corporate real estate experience
- Minimum of 7 years experience managing employees
- Well-developed management skills, with experience in team building and leadership
- Minimum of 5 years experience within tech industry in a fast-growing environment
- Outstanding people, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to initiate, manage, and successfully implement significant change processes
- Proven track-record of data-driven decision making projects

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
