Position Overview: Flutter Developer (3+ Years Experience)
As a Flutter Developer at ASAR Gaming Network, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that deliver a seamless user experience. You will work in both collaborative and independent environments, leveraging your experience in Flutter to create robust and scalable apps. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both manual and automated testing, and the ability to solve complex problems while optimizing app performance.

Key Responsibilities
App Development: Design and implement app features and modules using the Flutter framework based on product requirements.
Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure all aspects of development and testing are aligned.
API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and data storage solutions to ensure smooth operation and data flow.
Testing: Participate in manual and automated testing to ensure the app functions as expected.
Debugging: Identify and resolve issues in existing code, ensuring smooth functionality and regression avoidance.
Performance Optimization: Ensure the applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
Defect Tracking: Track and document defects while collaborating with developers to resolve them.

Experience/Skills Required
Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for mobile application development.
• Experience working with APIs and databases, especially using REST and JSON.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks like Selenium and Cucumber.
• Experience with Google Map API integration and payment gateway solutions (e.g., Razorpay, PayuMoney, PhonePay, Paytm, Stripe).
• Understanding of app development best practices, including performance, scalability, and security optimizations.
• Experience with state management tools like Bloc, Provider, GetX

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently in both team-based and independent settings.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, bug-free software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AWS Cognito, Google Firebase, and microservice integration.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git or Bitbucket.
