Telecalling Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
