Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and ongoing enhancement of our product, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead by example in solving complex problems, implementing user-centric solutions, and maintaining high development standards through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
• Engage in strategic planning, contribute to code reviews, and lead architectural, performance, and security discussions, while mentoring mid-level developers.
• Influence the growth and culture of the Engineering Team, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in frontend development, demonstrating the ability to lead in project execution and impact web application architecture and design.
• Expertise in React, React's ecosystem, and web-development practices.
• A strong emphasis on automated testing and quality assurance to enhance application reliability and user experience.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of proactively approaching stakeholders, precise estimations, meeting deadlines, and leading projects with minimal supervision.
