That Sassy Thing: Copywriter

We are a new age sexual wellness brand designing fun, functional and discreet products awesome for women's bodies. That Sassy Thing is leading the sex positive revolution with Sex Ed at the forefront. We’re the first ones in the country to design free comprehensive and credible Sex Ed Masterclasses.

A small team (but sassy AF), we are adding the fun to sexual wellness!

We are a feminist bunch driven by design, pop culture and content and if you want to be a part
of the sassy squad, this one’s for ya!
We believe great startups are built when the teams huddle up to bring great ideas to life.
Hence, this role isn’t open for freelancers or remote workers. You’ve got to be in on all the
action when and where it’s happening.

Location: New Delhi (South)

We are a content first brand and we love being tongue-in-cheek and sassy in our tone of voice.
Here's a bit about 'why' we started That Sassy Thing in 2021.

Innuendos is our second name (of course sassy being the first). Before we think of launching a
new product, we have 10292839 naming ideas for it (SASSY NAMES ONLY).
Get to be a part of all the action (too obvious, eh?) and help us build awesome content for
India’s coolest, most loved sexual wellness brand.

Here’s what your day-to-day would look like:

● Working on all things content, from product-led & educational posts to fun listicles
(get yo’ creative juices flowin’)

● Planning and posting the monthly social media calendars across platforms
(Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.)

● Brainstorming cool campaigns with the team

● Interviewing folks for the blog and any video series we launch

● Curate short form content from the blogs written by our kickass team of 5 freelance
writers

● Be a part of fun on-ground events and pop-ups with the team. Check out our recent

● Working your sass off for content across consumer journeys, such as emailers and
marketplace/Quick commerce content

● Bi-weekly check-ins to track content performance

What will you need:

● To have a ‘builder and doer’ mindset

● A positive and relentless attitude to make shit happen

● To be super picky about grammar

● To be a self-learner who is kicked about going down rabbit holes of research to dig
deep into the task at hand

● To take ownership and accountability of your work and proactively close on the task
at hand

● To have a collaborative mindset

● To have good knowledge of/keen interest in social media platforms (Instagram,
Quora, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

What will you need:

● Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English)

● 0-2 years of experience

● Great writing, interpersonal and communication skills

● Candidate’s age: 21+
