As we expand our presence in new markets, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth.
Opportunity Overview:
We are looking for a marketing leader focused on delivering measurable growth in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). In a results-only work environment, you’ll be responsible for executing high-impact campaigns, driving relationships with government and consumer clients, and aligning marketing efforts with clear business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle trade shows, retail, print, and digital objective and measureable expertise.
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies to grow SQLs and MQLs.
- Influence our sales pipeline by T'ing up key relationships and meaningful conversations.
- Build and nurture relationships with government agencies and high-value consumer markets.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals.
- Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve lead conversion rates.
- Own the full marketing lifecycle, from strategy to execution, with a focus on measurable results.
- Manage agencies, vendors and subs (e.g., PR agencies, content creation, digital marketing vendors)
Requirements:
- Proven track record in driving SQL and MQL growth in tech or hardware industries.
- Experience marketing to government and premium consumer markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Ability to thrive in a results-only work environment.
