We are an early-stage startup on a mission to revolutionize the way athletes train and perform. We're building a cutting-edge mobile app that leverages data, AI, and personalized insights to help athletes reach their full potential. We are seeking a highly skilled tech lead to join our team and help us bring this vision to life.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical development and architecture of our mobile app
Collaborate with the founding team to define product roadmap and strategy
Build and manage a small team of engineers as the company grows
Ensure high code quality, performance, and scalability
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in mobile app development
Requirements:

Proven track record of building and shipping successful mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)
Expertise in mobile app development technologies (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin)
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
Experience working in an agile development environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for sports, performance, and helping athletes achieve their goals
