Product Development & Innovation Officer (PDIO) - Co-founder

Product Strategy & Development:
Define and lead product roadmaps aligned with the company's vision and market demands.
Develop innovative, user-centric product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from ideation to launch.

Innovation & Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies, such as AI and personalized learning tools.
Prototype and test new product ideas, iterating based on user feedback and performance data.

Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the product development process, from concept and design to testing and release.
Ensure products meet scalability, usability, and performance standards.
Continuously improve products post-launch by analyzing user feedback and market dynamics.

Collaboration & Leadership:
Work closely with co-founders to align product goals with business strategy.
Engage with external stakeholders, including educational institutions, to drive product adoption.

User Experience & Engagement:
Focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across all products.
Regularly gather insights from users to enhance product features and usability.

Developing Prototype and MVPs by yourself and led IT roadmaps.
