Equity Based - Marketing

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Marketing Lead to join our founding team at Voyzi, a rapidly growing startup focused on transforming the designated driver industry with a real-time, user-friendly app. This is an equity-based position offering a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our growth and strategic direction.

Success in this role means establishing Voyzi as a leading brand in the designated driver market, creating and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement, and building a robust marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, increasing our market share, and driving revenue growth.

How This Role Fits into the Organization:
As a founding team member, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and other co-founders to develop and implement our marketing vision. Your role will be instrumental in defining our go-to-market strategy, creating a strong online and offline presence, and fostering partnerships that enhance our brand reach.

Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
Brand Development: Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to boost engagement and conversions.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, and press releases that resonate with our target audience.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
Event Marketing: Plan and execute promotional events and partnerships with local businesses, bars, and clubs to enhance brand visibility.

You will be the member of the founding team in Miami. We are currently 4 people in the team and you will be the 5th.
