About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer you will contribute to the development and optimization of both the front-end and back-end systems that power our voice AI applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and the engineering team to deliver seamless, scalable, and high-performing web applications that push the boundaries of interactive voice technology.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications.
• Build and maintain APIs that connect our voice AI models to customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Ensure that applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the entire stack, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal downtime.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between front-end and back-end development, delivering cohesive products.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive and interactive web applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices for both front-end and back-end development.
• Optimize full-stack applications for performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with back-end logic and services.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in full-stack development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in React and either Rails or Python.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ES6+), along with back-end frameworks (Rails or Django/Flask for Python).
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Git and version control systems, with experience using CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues across the entire stack.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a nice to have.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience working in agile environments and contributing to the full development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with testing frameworks.
• Exposure to voice AI or audio-focused applications.
