Fullstack Engineer (AI-focused)

The Role:

As a Fullstack Engineer (AI-focused), you’ll be part of the forefront AI innovation team within Swarm Network. You'll help develop the digital brain that powers our platform’s collective intelligence. Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers, you’ll integrate machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), into scalable, production-ready environments. Key Responsibilities:

AI Integration:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and LLMs.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure seamless integration into the Swarm platform.
• Focus on scalability and performance for AI systems.

Backend Development:

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Design robust APIs to support AI functionalities.
• Deploy cloud-based solutions with a focus on distributed computing.

Frontend Development:

• Develop user-facing features using React for AI-driven functionalities.
• Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Database Management:

• Manage traditional and AI-optimized databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL, VectorDB, Neo4j).
• Design data storage solutions tailored for AI workloads.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the AI team’s technical direction.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Mission Alignment: Deep connection with our vision of leveraging collective intelligence and decentralized technology.
• Experience: 5+ years in AI-driven projects, particularly in machine learning and large-scale data analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and LLMs.
• Test: Familiar with rigorous testing using PyTest for backend services, Jest for frontend components, and TensorFlow or PyTorch testing utilities for machine learning models. Have implemented unit tests, integration tests, and model validation tests to ensure the accuracy, performance, and scalability of AI-driven features.
• Frontend Expertise: Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and state management tools like Redux.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of both traditional and AI-optimized databases.
• Scalability Focus: Experience optimizing AI systems for performance and cloud-based deployments.
• DevOps Skills: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of web security best practices, including blockchain security for DApps.
• Real-time Communication: Experience with WebSocket or gRPC for real-time data exchange.
• Decentralized Storage: Familiarity with IPFS or Arweave for decentralized data storage.

Salary Range: 4~10k USD

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, Swarm Network offers a comprehensive benefits package including token options, and opportunities for professional development.
