Systems Analyst (Open Shift and AKS)

We are seeking a Systems Analyst (Open Shift and AKS) to join our team.The Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our systems and processes, with a focus on understanding the Samples Business and delivering solutions that add tangible value. Integration with Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Analyze complex data sets and systems to identify opportunities for integration, virtualization, and optimization.
• Leverage expertise in Oracle integration to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Build strong business relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
• Understand the financial impact of Samples business initiatives, including ROI and justification for technology investments.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract insights from DB2 tables, Microsoft SQL tables, and other data sources.
• Provide technical expertise and support for manufacturing, Customer Service (Ordering, orchestration, warehousing, shipping), and other business functions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in software development, systems integration, and business analytics.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using JAVA / Angular. Understand Open Shift, AKS, and Tanzu in order to meet business requirements and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in systems integration, virtualization, and Oracle integration (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong business relationships.
• Understanding of financial concepts and the ability to assess the financial impact of business initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing and Customer Service processes is a plus.
• Proven experience as an analytical developer with expertise in JAVA and Angular. Working knowledge of AKS, Open Shift and Tanzu is a plus.
