Full Stack Node.js and React developer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a small team of dedicated individuals to ideate, develop, and deploy Nodejs-based web applications, microservices and private packages.
• Take ownership of key features and functionalities, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Build automated Unit and E2E tests and document manual testing with detailed user flows.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Tailwind, React.
• Design and optimize database schemas to ensure scalability and performance.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges to maintain product quality and reliability.
• Embrace the fast-paced and dynamic nature of startup culture, adapting to changing priorities and requirements as needed.
• Participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and techniques to enhance our development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience developing Nodejs and React applications, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in Typescript programming language and React fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with GitHub and git.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
