You need to be a savage and a servant π―.
I want you care about the customers, work with them relentlessly and operate with killer speed (sub 5 minute reply times).
You need to technically understand our SaaS product inside and actually learn how to use it on the job.
That's a non-negotiable cause that's when I noticed you can help the customers a tremendous amount.
You should NOT be scared of sending them zoom links to hop on calls in REAL time to help them get unstuck on a problem.
If you're gonna apply to work I need you to have tons of testimonials of your peeps being literally "WOWED" by your work and speed β‘.
I absolutely HATE people who are f****** scared to get on calls with customers and REALLY get their hands dirty.
If you are customer facing you NEED to LOVE people and talking with them and NEVER stopping until you help them solve the problem.
Once your service is GOD tier next step up is upselling them.
We have tons of juicy upsells you can do with customers on onboarding calls.
We have TONS of onboarding calls daily booked with our customers.
YOUR JOB will INCLUDE things like...
- CUSTOMER SUCCESS - Helping them WIN with the product. FAST sub 5 min response times. Offering technical support thru text / calling etc.
- RETENTION - if they're pumped, they'll sign up automatically for next year
- REFERRALS - you're gonna be asking them for referrals (we'll give you commissions)
- UPSELLING + ENTERPRISE - B2B (selling Poppy throughout their entire enterprise) You might sell them on an API use case or LIFETIME subscription of Poppy
- Saving Cancellations - You can hop on zoom calls to speak with them to help them or offer discounts
- Saving Refunds - You can offer discounts or support to reverse refund requests.
- Customer Research / Interviews - you'll be doing ONBOARDING calls so you have to ask questions like their job occupation, current role / salary, etc. We can use that to feed the marketing. If they work at big sexy companies like Amazon we can SLAP them bad boy logos on our home page. My mom would be proud.
- HIRING - if a customer LOVES the product maybe we can potentially hire them
- INVESTORS - We can ask customers and they might become potential INVESTORS
We have a YouTube channel with over 1m+ subscribers and recently built an AI SaaS that we've launched for our customers.
We just broke our 500th customer and our goal is to retain these customers for a longer period of time.
They tend to ask a lot of technical questions.
If you want to work with us:
π You need to be a nerd that uses ChatGPT or Claude AI every day.
π You're familiar with LLMs, understand and have used AI on a regular basis.
π You understand basic math easily.
π Your written English is really good.
π Your spoken English is good because we'll need you to jump on calls or speak with customers from time to time.
We'll need you to coordinate with the co-founders on a regular basis because it's a small startup.
You'll be communicating almost daily with me or others on the team.
When you're not doing customer support, we'll have you do lead gen and outreaches to help us get new business.
We'll share the process and everything we've developed.
We need you to be somebody who can build your own SOP, come up with your own script and messages.
With our guidance, you can make it perfect.
We're looking for someone with a lot of experience who can teach us things about customer support.
You need to be available 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m PST (Pacific Time)
Your reply times to customers within work hours need to be below five minutes.
That's the number one responsibility.
Over time, you'll have opportunities to go up the ladder.
