What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Sales Strategy: As the Senior Director of Sales, you will own and execute Focus AI’s sales strategy. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and solidifying our market presence in the AI-driven workforce analytics space.
  • Build and Manage the Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, cultivating a results-oriented culture. You'll coach your team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and conversion.
  • Expand Enterprise Sales: Drive enterprise-level sales by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and leveraging your network to close high-value deals. You’ll build trusted partnerships with major clients while navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Focus AI’s executive team to align sales strategies with business objectives, report on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to inform long-term company direction.
  • Drive Innovation in Sales Processes: Identify, implement, and refine sales processes and tools that enhance team efficiency, improve sales funnel visibility, and increase conversion rates.

You Bring:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: 7+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software sales. You have a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams. You are a motivational leader who inspires your team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: You have deep experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: You can develop and execute data-driven sales strategies that align with business objectives, identifying new market opportunities and optimizing sales pipelines.
  • Strong Relationship-Building Skills: You're a skilled negotiator and networker, able to build relationships at all levels of an organization. You can communicate effectively with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Approach: You have experience leveraging sales metrics and CRM data to make informed decisions, refine sales processes, and drive overall team performance.
  • Agility in a Startup Environment: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings where adaptability and a hands-on approach are key.
  • Excellent Communication: You are a confident communicator, able to clearly articulate complex ideas and inspire action within your team and across departments.
