Valar Digital is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI-powered chatbots and who thrives on pushing the boundaries of automation to improve customer engagement and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Create and customize Gen AI chatbot flows, ensuring they are intuitive, conversational, and cater to user needs.
Testing & Debugging: Continuously test and refine chatbot interactions for seamless, error-free responses.
Integration: Integrate AI chatbots with CRM systems, databases, and other platforms for efficient and personalized user experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly monitor and optimize chatbot performance based on feedback and usage patterns.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze chatbot data to extract insights and align performance with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Understanding of LLM Models: Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLM) such as OpenAI’s GPT-4, Google Gemini, Meta’s LLaMA, and Claude. Familiarity with frameworks like Long Chain and Hugging Face.
Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Node.js for chatbot development and customization.
UX/UI Design: Experience in crafting engaging user interfaces and conversations.
API Integration: Strong knowledge of APIs for seamless integration of chatbots with existing systems.
Problem-Solving: Effective debugging skills to quickly resolve any chatbot performance issues.
