Data Liquidity Ecosystem Associate

Description:

As the Data Liquidity Ecosystem Lead, you will support the growth and management of Data Liquidity Pools (DLPs) within Vana’s ecosystem. Working closely with the DLPs, you will help ensure their outputs align with Vana’s product infrastructure, provide basic technical guidance, and assist with integration efforts. This role is hands-on and will involve working with DLPs to develop sustainable economic models, support marketing initiatives, and facilitate ongoing communications to help them succeed.

Your role will be crucial in coordinating resources, organizing cohort events, and maintaining systems that support the DLP ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with product teams to ensure that tools are optimized for DLP success and help foster partnerships that enhance the DLP ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the decentralized data economy, working alongside experienced professionals to support and empower emerging DLPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Alignment Support: Assist DLPs in aligning their outputs with Vana’s product infrastructure. Provide basic guidance and connect them with internal resources for integration support.
  
• Economic Model Assistance: Help DLPs develop economic models that align with Vana’s tokenomics and meet their unique needs, with support from senior team members.
  
• Marketing Support: Work with DLPs to implement marketing strategies, coordinating with marketing teams to co-develop press releases, media coverage, and joint marketing events.
  
• Cohort Communications and Events: Support DLPs through regular communication, feedback sessions, and help organize events like workshops and webinars to foster collaboration within the cohort.
  
• System Maintenance and Optimization: Assist in overseeing the systems and resources that support DLPs, working with product teams to enhance tools and frameworks for ongoing DLP success.
  
• Partnership Coordination: Support the development of strategic relationships with partners that add value to the DLP ecosystem, helping to coordinate introductions and maintain communications.

Requirements:

• Some experience or strong interest in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized technologies. Familiarity with data science is an advantage.
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in fields related to data science, business, or a related field.
  
• Basic skills in research, data analysis, and project management.
  
• Experience or coursework in project coordination, marketing, or business development, particularly in Web3 or tech environments.
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and team members.
  
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
