Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Software Developer with strong skills in Python and UX/UI design to help us scale and improve the BetSuggester platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both back-end development using Python and front-end improvements, focusing on creating a seamless, user-friendly interface.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize back-end services and algorithms using Python.
• Collaborate with the design team to create an intuitive and engaging UX/UI experience.
• Integrate new features and enhance existing functionalities on the platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and data analytics) to ensure the platform’s growth and success.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, specifically with Python.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks).
• Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask (preferred).
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into creative and functional web experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
