What You Will Do

You’ll be a Founding Engineer at Linero, helping us build the core of our technology and driving its future. You’ll work on everything from front-end UI development to back-end systems architecture, collaborating product and business stakeholders along the way.

• Build, scale, and maintain our AI-native platform.
• Develop first-of-a-kind technical solutions to address complex human challenges.
• Ensure smooth, scalable performance in high-demand environments.
• Work closely with the founders on strategy and implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development with a focus on full-stack technologies.
• Proficient in Node.js, Next.js (React), and cloud services like AWS.
• Experience maintaining high-scale applications in production environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Ability to independently translate client needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to high-quality standards and strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for challenges and continuous learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
