Role Overview

We are seeking a Flutter Developer to help build and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications. This role involves close collaboration with backend developers, designers, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for implementing features that drive our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for users across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs built with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of the application on mobile and web platforms.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across different platforms.
• Implement new features and improve existing ones based on feedback from product management and users.
• Actively participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Strong experience in Node.js and MongoDB for backend and database integration.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration with Flutter applications.
• Proven experience in developing applications for both iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles for mobile and web.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces.
• Preferred: Experience in cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
• Preferred: Experience with construction or project management tools.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and integrating Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-driven user experiences or chatbot integration within apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
• Experience with Node.js and MongoDB.
• A portfolio showcasing mobile app development projects.

Preferred Location

• Remote work available, with a preference for candidates based in or near Delhi for occasional on-site collaboration.
