*As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Take charge of the entire design process, from initial concept to the final handover to our development team.
• Craft sitemaps, detailed user flows, personas, and both low-fi and hi-fi wireframes to create exceptional user experiences.
• Shape visual style guides that enhance a brand's identity, encompassing elements like color palettes and typography systems.
• Lead the strategic planning and design execution for 1-2 client projects simultaneously, ensuring their success.
• Embrace a human-centric approach, advocating for our clients' needs and desires throughout the project, starting from day one and continuing through to the final handover.
• Work independently while fostering close collaboration with our creative team, maximizing the synergy of our collective expertise.
• Play a pivotal role in mentorship, guiding, and empowering junior designers to excel in their roles.
