Role Overview:
As a Content Creator Intern at Shepherd, your main role will be to create dynamic and engaging video content, including talking-head videos, UGC videos, demo/tutorial videos, and referral program videos. You will also help manage our social media presence and drive content strategies to engage our audience across platforms. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Creation:

• Produce informative talking-head videos explaining Shepherd’s features and benefits.
• Develop authentic UGC-style content showcasing real student experiences.
• Create demo/tutorial videos to help students navigate Shepherd's tools.
• Design referral program videos to engage users and drive participation.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee Shepherd’s presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Craft and schedule posts that resonate with our target audience (students and educators).
• Analyze content performance and refine strategies based on insights.

Collaboration:
Work with marketing and product teams to align video content with current campaigns.
Stay updated on trends in the education tech space to create relevant and innovative content.

Qualifications:

• A passion for video content creation and storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with social media platforms and content management.
• Creative mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in content creation or education is a plus, but not mandatory.
