Are you passionate about building connections and driving growth? Lead Catchers, a boutique firm running special projects for CEOs and Venture Capitalists is hiring for a unique initiative #DateWeek.
#DateWeek is a series of events for singles who are sick of swiping. It’s hosted by the best bars, restaurants, fitness studios, professional organizations, social clubs and more.
We’re seeking a mid-level Business Development Manager to expand our presence in San Francisco. This role focuses on onboarding new venues and forming partnerships with gyms, restaurants, event spaces, and professional networking groups.
Living in San Francisco is not required, but familiarity with SF organizations is required.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard venues and organizations for #DateWeek events
- Take calls with venues to support in producing events and curating #DateWeek calendar
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses in the hospitality and fitness sectors
- Negotiate partnerships that align with our brand and event goals
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of business development experience
- Proven track record of forming successful partnerships
- Strong communication and networking skills
- A passion for innovative social experiences and the singles/dating market
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
