  1. Responsible to achieve the business development targets and to work closely with the BDE on potential buyer list and determine the market requirement via contacts, research, valuation, travel and data analysis. 负责实现业务发展目标,与业务发展主管密切合作,制定潜在买家名单,通过联系、调研、评估、出差和数据分析确定市场需求

  5. Responsible to negotiate the rates in consent with business head and to convert prospect into new clients.
