We are looking for an experienced Senior Government Affairs & Blockchain Policy Manager to lead our government relations strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering strong partnerships with national governments globally.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for developing and executing government outreach strategies, collaborating with regulatory bodies, and advising the company on global blockchain policies. As a senior-level role, you will represent the company in critical policy discussions and oversee regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of government relations and policy strategies to promote our initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials and regulatory bodies across key global markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for national governments and international regulatory agencies.
Oversee the company's regulatory compliance framework and ensure alignment with international blockchain standards.
Advise senior leadership on policy and compliance issues and provide updates on the regulatory landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams on policy proposals, lobbying efforts, and advocacy initiatives.
Represent the company in public forums, regulatory meetings, and conferences to advocate for favorable policies.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory compliance, with at least 3 years in blockchain or fintech.
Extensive experience working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and public policy groups.
Expertise in crypto and blockchain policies and compliance standards.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
