As a fast-growing company, we are now seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive our acquisition efforts in Spain and drive profitability. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and want to make an impact on the home financing space, this is the role for you.
Your Role at Hipoo
You will be responsible for managing our paid digital marketing efforts and driving qualified leads for our mortgage products. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and optimize our cost per SQL, with a focus on getting highly qualified mortgage buyers.
At Hipoo You Will 🛠️
- Lead Paid Marketing Channels: Own the day-to-day management of paid search, paid social, and other performance channels, ensuring optimized performance against cost per lead and customer acquisition targets.
- Brief the Creative Team: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and landing pages, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve performance.
- Test & Learn: Implement growth experiments, continuously optimizing marketing campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative iterations.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with inside sales and sales teams to ensure conversion of leads along the funnel, leverage the mortgage experts knowledge and align on priorities and business needs.
- Growth Strategy: Contribute to the overall growth strategy for Hipoo by identifying new channels, tactics, and opportunities for scaling our customer acquisition efforts.
What We Look For 🔍
Experience
- You’ve managed large-scale paid marketing budgets with a focus on customer acquisition.
- You’ve directly managed and are very comfortable with both Google SEM and Facebook, and also may have experience with at least one other paid marketing channel (examples being SEO, email marketing, etc.)
- You preferably have experience in working within the mortgage or financial services industry, preferably with competitors in the home financing space.
- You love data and feel at home navigating through Excel and Google Analytics; you also may have experience with writing SQL and other tools such as Lightdash, Looker, Salesforce, and Mixpanel, or are eager to learn
- You excel at communicating insights and performance data to key stakeholders, translating complex analysis into actionable strategies, and can confidently define and implement data-driven action plans.
- You know how to use tools such as Make.com or Zapier for integrations betwen Google or Facebook and Salesforce.
- You have a strong sense of design and messaging, with a keen ability to optimize creatives and copy for better performance.
- Native Spanish and Fluent English is required.
