We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager who is passionate about driving growth and expanding Fixit’s market presence by identifying new opportunities and securing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a sales pipeline, driving prospects from initial contact to closing deals.
- Client Acquisition: Work closely with clients to understand their pain points and position Fixit as the ideal solution for improving sales performance and customer engagement.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Fixit's client base, particularly in international markets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the conversational intelligence space.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into future product development.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and optimize outreach strategies.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer success and drive repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of conversational intelligence, AI, and B2B SaaS models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
