Senior Product Owner

Flat, created by Tutteo Ltd. is an online music notation technology that empowers music enthusiasts to create, learn and share music scores, tabs, and lead sheets.

We believe that the old-fashioned sheet music industry has come to a point where it needs to be renewed. Through Flat and our different products, we define a new way to write, teach and consume written music.

To support our growth, we are looking for a full-time product owner to work with on Flat

Context

You will be joining a radical team of doers, fully distributed. All founders are developers, we believe in the power of good products. We have launched to date 4 growing and profitable products, gathering an active and engaged community of more than 6M users:

• Flat: our music score editor with web and mobile versions.
• Flat for Education: our music teaching platform aiming at making music education playful and engaging.
• Music Snippet: our music score add-ons for Google Docs and Google Slides.
• Flat Embed: our music score technology available for everyone to use.

What you will do

It’s important to understand that you join a company that managed to reach that point without any PM or PO. We have established working processes and you will work on both our mobile and web platform.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating the roadmap and ensure a smooth execution of all product teams
• Writing the design briefs and technical specs for the dev teams
• Defining the KPIs related tracking per features and views inside the product.
• Analysing and tracking product performances overtime.
• Building efficient reports to communicate product’s performances to all company’s stakeholders
• Nurturing internal processes between teams.

You will be working directly with

• our CEO Pierre Rannou, that will keep keep the product strategy and vision during your first steps in the company.
• The tech and design leads.
• Our data team in building great analysis board and reports
• Our marketing team to nurture communication efforts

• Have strong experience as PO / PM in tech companies.
• Be familiar with MixPanel & Firebase
• You have experience in B2C products
• You are data-driven
• You have at heart users' security and privacy.
• Excellent organization, discipline, and time management skills.
• You need to have full professional proficiency in English.
• You need to believe that simplicity is the key to success.
• You are user-obsessed and product-centric.
• You like music and have music-theory knowledge.
