Savi has been featured in the New York Times, TIME, and Inc., and recently the company completed our Series A funding round. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and the nation’s largest membership groups, who use our platform to help their employees and members better manage their student loans and save money.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter and team player to join our growing team as a Partnerships Associate. - Develop proactive and creative strategies to help partners maximize the reach of the Savi tool, and help to develop client deliverables to share key insights and recommendations.
- Identify and anticipate needs and areas for growth with specific partners, helping to troubleshoot challenges and field ad hoc requests.
- Analyze client key performance indicators (KPIs) per client based on set goals and reporting.
- Coordinate and track internal and external communications, including developing thoughtful agendas and ensuring that we leave meetings with time-bound action items and key takeaways that contribute to knowledge management and project administration.
- Help to coordinate core account management functions, including partner reporting and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- Based in the Washington, DC area and willing to work on a hybrid work schedule out of our Midtown Center DC WeWork office.
- 1-3 years of consulting and/or client management experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and written communication skills. Preference for candidates who also have demonstrated experience working in Excel.
- Energized by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and high-growth work environment and partner with teammates with diverse skill sets.
- An interest in and aptitude for working with new technologies and a social-impact start-up.
- Interest in the social impact mission of the company.
It’s a plus if you…
- Have experience in a startup environment
- Have previous account or client management experience
Savi Benefits:
