We offer the chance to contribute to a scalable, global platform that is reimagining the power of social media and how people come together to live healthier lives. Our mission is bold and ambitious, one that is shared by our team, who value bridging and elevating connectedness and well-being. We dream big, move fast, and strive for positive impact.

Wholosophy is a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Special Project Associate to work closely with our founder and leadership team. In this role, you will manage a wide variety of high-impact projects, ranging from operational tasks to strategic growth initiatives, including partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and wellness-focused technology implementations. This role will be instrumental in executing our mission-driven initiatives while ensuring our long-term vision remains at the forefront of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of high-priority business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines. These efforts will include cross-functional projects that support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
- Work closely with leadership and various teams to ensure strategic objectives are clearly defined and milestones are met. Your role will be critical in coordinating efforts across multiple departments to optimize project outcomes.
- Assist with implementing and refining our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure our approach is aligned with Wholosophy’s goals of scalability and inclusivity.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables are completed with a high degree of quality and in a timely manner. Your focus will be on meeting both immediate and long-term goals through effective planning and communication.
- Play a key role in supporting strategic partnerships with external organizations, fostering collaborative relationships that contribute to the company’s broader objectives.
- Assist the founder and leadership in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, communications, scheduling, and documentation. You will keep key stakeholders informed and ensure that meetings, action items, and follow-ups are handled promptly.
- Provide operational assistance in executing business-critical tasks, ensuring that all initiatives are backed by strong administrative and logistical support.
- Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to support wellness-focused aggregated information, group moderation, Q&A sessions, etc. to drive engagement and platform growth.
- Conduct industry and market research on wellness trends, user behavior, and competitor platforms.
- Use this data to inform decision-making and optimize strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines. Provide regular updates to leadership, identify potential bottlenecks, and suggest solutions to keep everything on track.
- Focus on initiatives that move the needle for the company, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency, business development, and overall company growth.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in a leading / executing projects, operations, or strategic role, ideally within a startup or tech environment. Experience with technology-driven initiatives / product launch is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Asana), experience with analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), and CRM platforms.
- Experience with creating executive briefings (e.g., PowerPoints, flow diagrams, dashboards, etc.). Where concise, high-level information is condensed and presented to senior leaderships for decision-making.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and proactively seeks solutions to drive projects forward.
- Genuine interest in wellness, and an understanding of the challenges faced by wellness practitioners and enthusiasts.
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing partnerships, particularly with wellness, technology, or community organizations.
- Familiarity with data-driven improvements, platform optimization, or SEO strategies.
- Background in supporting Go-To-Market strategies or scaling early-stage startups.
