About the Role
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations as well as driving rollout and adoption of new features across our customers (B2B platforms) user base. Your role is pivotal in maximizing the value our customers' users derive from our offerings and ensuring their ultimate success. As the first member of this team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine CapitalOS’ Growth & Operations organization and user strategy that fuels our operational efficiencies and growth.
What You’ll Do
This is a full-time, fully remote position. In this role, you will:
- Ensure prompt and thoughtful communication to user inquiries via text, email, and phone by utilizing our in-house tools and your domain knowledge
- Drive adoption amongst our customer’s user base by cross-selling via outbound channels to educate them on our spend management capabilities to increase penetration and hit defined KPI’s
- Become an expert in the full range of our spend management features and functionality
- Develop and refine our operational processes by building playbooks, creating customer success reports, and automating common workflows
- Be the internal voice and champion of our users by deeply understanding their workflows and pain points
- Balance priorities and multiple ongoing tasks in a fast paced environment where everyday can be different
- Partner closely with the GTM, Business Operations, and Engineering teams to enhance our customer journey
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer success roles, ideally within a fintech, credit, SaaS, or financial services environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill with a focus on empathy, building trust, and advising users
- Team-player attitude that is unafraid to go the extra mile to improve internal processes beyond day-to-day tasks
- Excellent organizational prowess to can keep track of numerous inbound and outbound operational requests even when there are not defined systems in place to assist
- A curious mindset with the desire to learn and grow with the company
