What we're looking for
As a Product Designer at Phoenix, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the Phoenix platform. You’ll help create user-focused experiences, and establish a vision that serves patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Our goal is to build intuitive, functional, and delightful digital experiences.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to design and deliver world-class interactive experiences. As a Product Designer at Phoenix, you’ll take the lead on product design and influence design processes across the company.
Responsibilities
Advocate for users in shaping our product and design strategies, informed by data and user insights.
Identify future opportunities and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
Own design projects from concept to implementation.
Partner with Product to define and refine features and functionality.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on effort and ROI.
Work closely with engineers to ensure design quality.
Provide strong design recommendations and collaborate effectively across teams.
Foster a feedback culture, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Help build foundational design processes.
Qualifications
3+ years of product design experience.
Strong attention to detail and polished design aesthetic.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX work and visual design.
Experience with UX artifacts like flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Ability to use research and data to inform design decisions.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional designs with a focus on the right details at each stage.
Clear communication skills, both visual and written.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead design efforts.
CSS, front-end, and Webflow experience is a plus.
