DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage and optimize our cloud platforms and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up both local and cloud development environments and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation or similar). Strong scripting skills, experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes, and high proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) are essential. Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, cloud-native/serverless engineering, AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS), and container management is also required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage local and cloud development environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation or similar tools
• Develop and maintain automation scripts
• Configure and manage CI/CD deployment processes
• Ensure proper IAM and permissioning
• Set up integrated testing with Docker Compose
• Use CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy
• Manage Docker and Docker Compose environments
• Handle cloud-native and serverless architectures
• Manage AWS ECS and container environments
• Configure migrations to run automatically on code changes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or related fields
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., AWS CloudFormation)
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodeDeploy)
• Expertise in Docker and Docker Compose
• Experience with cloud-native and serverless engineering
• High proficiency in IAM
• AWS experience and familiarity with AWS ECS and container management
