As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Full-Stack Marketer who can not only own our marketing strategy but also dive deep into execution.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Stack Marketer who will take ownership of both strategy and execution. You will be responsible for crafting and leading marketing initiatives, but you won’t just sit on the strategy side. We need someone who’s excited about getting their hands dirty—writing content, analyzing campaign results, optimizing funnels, and experimenting with growth tactics. You’ll play a key role in driving new user acquisition, increasing conversions, and making sure our community and customers feel engaged and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the creation of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with LaunchPass’ goals and drives measurable growth.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content across platforms (blog posts, social media, newsletters, etc.) that resonates with our audience of creators and community leaders.
- Manage Campaigns: Plan, run, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, paid ads, etc.) to drive conversions and brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and more. You’ll constantly evaluate metrics like website traffic, user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and manage paid campaigns for increased visibility.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead the charge on A/B tests across landing pages, email campaigns, and user flows to continuously improve performance and conversions.
- Growth Hacking: Experiment with new growth tactics and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with business objectives and product improvements.

- Full-Stack Marketing Expertise: You have experience across multiple marketing channels and tools (email marketing, paid ads, social media, SEO, analytics platforms, etc.).
- Data-Driven: You love digging into numbers and using data to inform decisions. You’re comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Growth Mindset: You’re always thinking about how to grow users and revenue—whether it’s through quick wins or long-term strategic initiatives.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You’re able to craft compelling narratives and messages across channels. Your writing, storytelling, and editing skills are top-notch.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to changing priorities, always finding creative solutions to challenges.
- Collaboration & Ownership: You’re a team player, but also independent enough to take ownership and lead projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of full-stack marketing experience (ideally in SaaS or tech startups)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Proven experience with content marketing, email campaigns, and growth hacking
- Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Solid project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Creative and innovative mindset for growth experimentation
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or community-driven platforms.
- Familiarity with LaunchPass, Slack, Discord, or other chat-based platforms.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
