Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and talented Product Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and launch new features that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Test and iterate on designs based on feedback and data from usability testing.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to storyboard, create user personas, and conduct usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with design systems and design collaboration tools (e.g., Zeplin, Abstract).
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
