System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, manage, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
Configure and optimize server performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Implement and manage server backup and recovery solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Perform capacity planning and optimize system resources to meet business demands.
Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
Manage and maintain bare metal servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Develop and implement solutions using Linux operating systems.
Utilize version control systems like GitHub for code management and collaboration.
Build and deploy applications using Docker and Jenkins to streamline development workflows.
Work with Kubernetes for orchestration and management of containerized applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Manage and deploy cloud resources on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on system engineering.
Proficiency in Linux environments and server management.
Hands-on experience with GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
