Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audience. You’ll play a key role in promoting our platform and growing our user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC) to drive traffic and conversions
• Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms
• Manage and grow Activity Messenger's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Create and execute strategies to increase email and SMS subscribers
• Develop and manage partnerships with influencers or industry-related media

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with sports programs, dance studios, or swim schools is a plus
